      Pros

      Healx is a great place to work with some great people. The mission is one that is hard to beat. Perfect culture for those who want to work hard and are flexible to do what is needed when it is needed. If you need clear structure and a place where you know what you will do everyday this may not be for you.

      Cons

      With any start up we are dependant on funding - which brings certain uncertainty. This is not a place for people looking for that.

      Pros

      Great mission and culture. Very committed team and board. Hard working and fun people who have become friends and well as colleagues.

      Cons

      Challenging field to create rare disease drug treatments. Start-up dependent on investment funding, so might have more or less funding depending on the financial markets. Way more opportunities than resources.
