It became very for profit, productivity only driven; they promoted leads who did not know what they were doing, no experience in leadership

Yesterday, we were all called into a sudden Teams meeting at 3:30pm. During the call, the president informed us that we were being let go, effective immediately. It was heartbreaking and deeply unexpected with no remorse.
