- Most teams work under pressure - Salary is mostly paid on time

- High pressure work environment - Top management clearly despise blacks by making racist talk and jokes - A very toxic procurement department - gender imbalanced- extreme micromanagement and competition within team members kills synergy and leads to frustration resulting departures and those remaining live on the edge The directors shout at employees - The CEO uses demeaning abusive language to employees - has very little appreciation to effort , the employees actually don't respect him but rather fear him and fancy the days he's not around office. - Company has very high employee turn over because of eroded culture due to pressure, abusive language, shouting from top management.

Gained loads of experience. Grew career wise. Salary was on time. Founder is a great visionary - the reason that company has stood the test of time.

Salary not consistent between the long serving employees and the ones who'd join post Covid after profits grew drastically, no matter the levels being same or experience. Expected to work overtime without overtime. Toxic CEO - abusive and demeans people. Very easy to lose one's self esteem especially if young if you report to the CEO, or to develop mental illness if you continue feeding from his words. CEO discriminants on status (where you schooled - local or abroad).
