      There has been a lack of top-down leadership for a number of years. Without a clear vision, priorities are hard to define, and workloads become reactive.

      As a Badger alumnus, I really enjoyed working here and having access to many of the resources of being affiliated with the UW. This team is passionate and driven by its mission to improve well-being and mental health locally and globally

      Cons

      There's a large need for the work the organization is doing so there's often a sense of urgency and a lot of work in general
