Misleading advertisement, telling me that it is a psychology intern whilst forcing me to do marketing

At Healthy Mind, all the team members including the managers are on an equal footing. So even as an intern, I get treated with the same respect as every other employee and my ideas are heard and appreciated. There is a great balance of doing fun things in the team, like eating lunch together or even travelling, and still working hard. In general, all members are extremely committed, young and experts in their field. Moreover, everyone is welcoming and you'll quickly be part of the team. One fact, that really stood out to me, is how much trust is put into each and every employee from day one. For example, you can handle your working hours as you want - you can arrive later or leave sooner, as long as you have an average of 7-8 working hours a day. Furthermore, everyone is more than happy to help and is very patient in teaching you new skills. Also, Healthy Mind is located in Station F, the world's largest startup campus. This means you're working in an environment of incredibly ambitious, creative, young and international people. Lastly, it's remarkable how everyone is fluent in English, so it's no problem, if you can't speak French.

I can't think of anything that I would want to change.
