Mostly inadequate leadership - Consultant Healthtech Consultants Employee Review

This is not the best organization from a diverse workforce perspective. The homogeneous executive and leadership team at the very top is a clear demonstration of systemic challenges within the organization. This organization is not a flat organization. During my tenure there were many instances of unreasonable aggression and blame from management towards junior and more vulnerable staff members mostly during times of high-stress. These instances were not only overlooked but resulted in retaliation against the staff members who brought forward these grievances.
