      Insurance was amazing. And the job was fairly easy.

      Management was horrible. Human Resources did not listen.

      Autonomy, great clients to work for , great work life balance.

      Cons

      Left because I did not have retirement match by my employer, no short term disability, no family leave due to being small number of employees

      Long hours, hard time finding assistance when needed. Management seems to be distracted when you need them.
