      Good ppl outside of mgmt

      Cons

      Senior mgmt really out of touch. Very high turnover for a reason. Huge culture problem mgmt wont take responsibility for. Depressing org. in need of a mgmt reboot. Most employees use this as stepping stone to network. That should say something.
