      Pros

      Awesome digital company to have worked for. The assistance provided on this platform for Medicare-eligible beneficiaries with Medicare options is phenomenal! My time there is greatly appreciated.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that it's sad, that the company laid everyone off. As an original member of the Customer Care Teams, I wish them success in the future.

      Lots of free food available.

      Cons

      Previous office was totally open concept. Everyone sitting right next to each other with zero walls or privacy. Not even cubicles. Nothing to soak up sound, so everything echoed all the time. Salaries didn't match up to people on the same team. Team dissolved months after I left.
