The team is small, trusted, and collaborative, with open access to leadership and real opportunities to contribute. There is also a strong culture of transparency and openness, where team work is at the heart of everything.
Cons
The health industry moves slowly, which is not a reflection of Healthily, but can occasionally feel frustrating when trying to drive progress. As a small team, we are agile and able to move quickly on priorities, but capacity is naturally limited, so we cannot always take on multiple projects simultaneously.
