The company operates on a culture of fear, where employees are constantly anxious about their job security. There is a blatant lack of transparency in decision-making, and disciplinary actions, including terminations, often seem arbitrary and are not in line with the company's own guidelines. The human resources department is often seen as an extension of management, failing to advocate for employees or enforce fair labor practices. This has led to a high turnover rate, as talented individuals quickly leave in search of a more stable and respectful workplace.

Supportive team and positive work environment. Good learning opportunities and management support. Flexible work culture with growth opportunities. Friendly colleagues and collaborative workplace.
