Pros

The employees are incredibly talented, hard-working, and fun people to be around. The office is beautiful and in a trendy location - tech start-up feel. The office has coffee and snacks.

Cons

Compensation is horrible, below industry standards. There are absolutely no growth opportunities. Unless you're ok with keeping the same title and salary for 10+ years. It's a boys club... Men are the CEO's "bros" and can come and go as they please, women are expected to work 10+ hours a day and be on call at all times. Employee feedback is not listened to, the CEO is ALWAYS right. Very unclear job expectations, sometimes you're expected to pick up other's slack. No company strategy. The CEO claims to "know" strategy but doesn't have the ability to implement anything productive. You're expected to sacrifice your own time, money, and health for the good of the company.

Healthcare Success Response

We highly value everyone on our team and are both saddened and puzzled to see that you hold such negative feelings during your short time with Healthcare Success. Occasionally our fast pace and ever changing industry isn’t a fit for everyone. We hope you find a more suitable position as the next step in your career. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Pros

The benefits here are really impressive, and being able to work from home has been a game-changer. What truly stands out is the people — everyone genuinely looks out for each other. It's rare to find a team that's this collaborative and caring, and it makes such a difference day to day.

Cons

Miss the face to face interactions, but other than that no cons.

Pros

I’ve been with Healthcare Success for almost four years, and that alone says a lot. It’s a place where strong work is valued, growth is expected, and your voice actually matters. As a senior copywriter, I’ve been trusted with high-impact projects across healthcare brands of all sizes, and I’ve had the chance to grow far beyond “just writing” into strategy, optimization, and performance-driven content. One of the most refreshing things about working here is the genuine client-first culture. The focus is always on doing what is best for the client—not just what is fastest, easiest, or most profitable in the short term. That mindset creates better work, stronger partnerships, and a lot of pride in what we deliver. The leadership team sets a high bar but is also supportive and invested in helping people succeed. You’re surrounded by smart, motivated teammates who care deeply about quality and collaboration. There’s a culture of learning here, especially around AI, SEO, and conversion strategy, which keeps the work evolving and future-focused.

Cons

This is not a slow-paced environment. Expectations are high, timelines can be tight, and you need to be comfortable juggling priorities. It’s a place where you grow fast, but that also means you’re constantly being challenged.
