The facilities allow you to be in an environment where people are seeking care. You feel good about providing some care.
Cons
This company does not believe in respecting employees, and believes that people are easily dispensable. I was promised a lot, and given nothing. I went from a white collar professional, to a janitor in a tie in no time. Spent my own money to fill in the gaps of supply budget just to do my job. Was terminated despite achieving better results and a favorable rating by administration and patients. Worst decision of my life to work with HSG.
