Decent salary, If you know what you're doing and can handle your own building than your hours worked are more practical.
Cons
Benefits, communication from account manager to district manager to regional managers only get through if its deemed important to them. NO ANNUAL REVIEWS! NO ANNUAL INCREASES! Pretty much have to beg for review and ask for own raise! District/Regional managers are only out for themselves
