Long hours, no appreciation, unreal expectations, pay raised are nonexistent, underachievers are rewarded hard workers a punished. I personly know of managers that were, sexually exploiting their co-workers, verbally degrading them, and offering stimulants to keep their workers on the job. As a manager, you are always under the threat of getting 'termed' for going over budgeted hours, supplies, and personnel. you can't help but go over because your number you have to achieve is so unrealistic.
