      The best thing about working at a nursing home is the residents. Hearing their stories, and secondly, building a good staff.

      Cons

      Long hours. No upper management support. Monthly budgets for linen, supplies terrible. They offer little pay to their front line workers

      The person over the area(above management) not the officials tho, That one didn't give to much thought on us. Never got the time from here as the other ones over her did.
