Discouraging - Medical Biller Healthcare Resource Group Employee Review

No training provided, pay is horrible, 6 paid holidays shows the lack of appreciation for employees I was really excited to start but that quickly faded once I started. There is absolutely no training so they pretty much set you up to fail. They partner you with a coworker that doesn't even bill the same payer so that person has no idea what the processes and edits are or how they should be worked.
