First of all, thank you for your feedback. While it is never easy to hear less than positive feedback, it is a friendly reminder to be open to all points of view. I am passionate about our health system clients, those that they serve and our employees and their families. I work hard on this triple aim but as with all things in life, it is a work in progress. As a fast growing company, we are learning as we go along. To better serve our clients and the low income and disabled people we help, we are undergoing much and necessary restructuring and alignment. I know it is rapid and that can be stressful. Given this, I know that I could do more to communicate the context for these changes and this is a friendly reminder to do so. I would also say that you can find a way to talk through your view, whether through HR or other means, and I would encourage you to do so.
