Pros

In the few years I have worked for Healthverity, I feel this is a great company to work for and is driven on strong values to build a diverse and inclusive culture aimed to carry the company forward for continued success. In a business that is fast pace, I am impressed with the willingness of our leadership team to always maintains an open-mind to new ideas and ways to improve on existing solutions. It's the can-do mindset and the dedication of the folks I have worked with that has afforded the company the ability to grow each year despite the profound effects of the pandemic over the past year and half.

Cons

As with any growing company, I do feel there have been a few stubbles along the way in our processes. However, I am impressed in our ability to acknowledge those faults and collectively work towards improving and achieving our goals as a company.

Pros

- The company offers significant opportunities for professional growth and development, especially for those who are curious, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges. I would never have been able to take on even half of the things that I accomplished here if I was somewhere else. - It's rewarding to be part of a culture where people are genuinely invested in one another’s development — building and working with a team that has grown and evolved together has been a highlight. Everyone on my team has continued to be promoted and moved into new roles and responsibilities. Nice to see a company that recognizes hard work and accountability! - Colleagues across the organization are approachable and willing to share insights, making it easier to align quickly and move initiatives forward. No matter how difficult the topic or question, I've always seen colleagues ready to engage to analyze a problem and generate a corrective action plan. - The company fosters a culture of openness and engagement — people are not only smart and driven, but also welcoming and supportive. From the extensive onboarding program to the weekly and daily opportunities to catch up with colleagues, most people have proved to be friendly and willing to answer questions about their roles, what they do, and help with any issues.

Cons

- As with any growing company, some processes and systems are still maturing — the pace of change can be exciting, but also requires adaptability and patience. Things do evolve over time so a willingness to pivot is essential but over time, the changes have moved the company in the right direction
