Part of HCA, which should tell you something. I moved to HealthTrust after 6+ years with HCA and was out within 6 months of starting with HT. Management does not care about employees, only numbers. Only 20% of the actual work you are doing goes to production numbers, no support for helping people struggling with productivity. Gaslight you into thinking you are not asking for help, when you do ask for help they tell you they've already helped you. Did not listen to suggestions to improve productivity personally, just did what "everyone else" did which was not a good solution.
