I enjoyed working with my colleagues, except for the management. In this department, management was not supportive of employee growth; instead, they were focused on taking credit for themselves and lining their pockets. This ultimately led to job losses, as employees were laid off while management received raises or bonuses.
Cons
Being denied growth opportunities, despite receiving positive feedback from customers and coworkers, is disheartening. Management seems to set people up for failure or joblessness, even after years of loyalty.

Planning a meeting could take a while since management had pretty busy schedules. This is pretty common though, so I don't really think it's that bad.
