      Pros

      Awesome female CEO and a majority of the company is female (the males seem to love it here too!). Everyone has your back. They focus more on positivity and what you are doing right versus what you can improve. Hours for my site are pretty good and are flexible depending what site you are working at.

      Cons

      Pay is not great. I make 36K a year as a Wellness Specialist living in LA. Small yearly bonuses. Unless you live in Minnesota (corporate headquarters) there is no room for growth.
