Cons
The most unprofessional company you will ever come across. Nearly half of the company has left within the last year due to terrible management and shady business practices. No oversight/guidance from leadership, no encouragement for growth, and generally a really poor work environment. They have no official human resources department so issues and complaints (which there are many) are swept under the rug.
