Pros

This company is currently fully remote, which is nice in the current state of everything. They also promote internally pretty frequently. There are also great program managers on the teams who make the day to day manageable. However, stay here enough and you'll just be trauma-bonded with them.

Cons

This company has never heard of work/life balance, even though they try to preach about it all the time. They overload you with work and say they will "help" but never try to relieve you. It is always on you at all times, but when you ask to do overtime, they'll say no because "you should be able to handle the work." It's an endless cycle that is so detrimental because you'll spend hours doing overtime (paid or unpaid) and no one cares. They are also strict about said "remote" work - essentially, if you're not accessible at all times and answer every single call immediately (despite not being a call center), you will be reprimanded for no reason. Someone previously got fired because she went to the bathroom and was 3 minutes late to a spontaneous (AND not important) Zoom call. Senior management also does not care at all about their employees. They do not stick up for them with the client and blame the program managers for every little thing that goes wrong. We were constantly blamed at all times for things that were never our fault, but because we never were stuck up for, it always fell on us to fix the issues at hand. Everyone was spineless. You are also NOT paid enough for this work, and the benefits are extremely expensive. Tl;dr, this place is not worth it - you, your bank account and your mental health deserve better.

Cons

The most disorganized company, I would give no stars if I could. Training was all over the place, and every program manager seemed unaware of our daily schedule and would assign us work we didn’t barely even learned yet. Hired me for 2 weeks, while i got many compliments on my how well I was learning everything and after being told how intense training was and how we weren’t expected to know everything for months, i was let go for “not picking up daily tasks after being shown”. I should mention how I was complimented on how comfortable I looked doing my own work, as well I should mention how I was still in training and if I really was still shaky with the information that would only be normal for someone who just started. No one on the team had let me know and my recruiter had to make me aware of this situation, while I left work that day being told “perfect job today! “ I had went online morning after being told I was let go to send a message to the manager and I had seen I was assigned work to do by 2 people (which is weird for someone who was let go) I had told my recruiter and he was confused on situation as well, a few moments later I was locked out of my account. terrible company, completely disorganized and terrible pay. On top of this, I would never want to work for a company who isn’t even willing to help out any employee (especially a new one) even if I were to be confused with the training.
