This pay structure attempts to capture as much of your training pay as you struggle to make sales, due to the priority levels established in the customer management system. Sales come in primarily on INBOUND calls. Meanwhile, when you first hit the floor, you pound out 350-500 calls per day, leaving pre-recorded messages. Should those people call back, the veterans take them! When you make a substantive contact, I have had at least 4 leads snatched & sold, after I have done all the front end work.
