Pros

Flexible hours and flexible work weeks are great!

Cons

No holidays off and no extra pay for working holidays (must use PTO and get permission of you what any holiday off like Christmas, New Years etc). No / very limited overtime (and if you’re lucky enough to get approved overtime you won’t get paid a higher rate) No raises annually - you can ask for a raise and they often push it off (“on hold for now … next quarter, etc.). Pay is not terrible and not great to start. Poor benefits

Pros

I recruit for so many positions that have some of the greatest perks/benefits when it comes to the therapy field. HealthPRO has an innovative team of leaders working together to continue to provide quality services to our clients. I love how flexible HealthPRO is and how willing everyone is to try new things and make processes better!

Cons

Not as well known. HealthPRO Heritage is the "parent" company for many locations that we work with, so we are not always branded and known as HealthPRO Heritage.
