      Pros

      Great company mission, you get to see the impact you are making on the clients. Extremely rewarding in that sense.

      Cons

      Bad company culture. Lacks transparency between management and other teams. Some decisions being made are unethical. Not a lot of flexibility or room for advancement. Below average compensation.

      I didn't feel like a new team member when I started. Everyone has gotten along with me and made me feel welcomed

      The political climate has a large impact on operations, providers and nursing are understaffed at all centers
