      Pros

      Everyone there is dedicated to patient care and operates with a similar frame of mind. The company owners are very approachable and willing to go the distance to make sure their employees are doing well.

      Cons

      As the company was experience a rapid expansion, that made for a over stimulating area that can be a little hard to keep up with.

      great flexibility great work life balance great health care benefits great pto once you have been there a few years the right managers promote career advancement great people to work with!

      Cons

      some bad apples there are allowed to behave badly without consequence.

      Pros

      If you want a family friendly environment when you can work from home at least one a week, then this is a good place for you

      Cons

      I did not experience any career growth, very slow environment for my taste( some people may enjoy it) in fact some of my coworkers enjoyed it, but it was not for me.
