Cons
The Administrative side of Healthmine is extremely inexperienced in their leadership and it shows. Administrative leadership is focused on only one aspect of the organization, which is the consulting side. There is absolutely no support in the other areas as the leadership team seems to be more concerned with traveling with their friends to “conferences” that could easily be attended by non-leadership level employees. The teams are so overwhelmed with no clear direction or prioritization of work, nothing gets done. The company does not seem to know what direction it wants to take and is all over the place, switching direction without warning. This isn’t a start-up, but certainly acts like one. Pay is sub-par, no room to grow and merit increases or cost of living increases are non-existent for non-leadership roles.
