      Pros

      You work for you so you set your own schedule, no quotas other than what you set for yourself, the sky is the limit on income, no micro-managing, fantastic leadership from the ground up, everyone wants to see you succeed so everyone is willing to help, great technology and support, I can't say enough good

      Cons

      I cannot say one con about the company or the people. I can say one con about myself....I wish I had done this years ago

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
