Pros
I've been a consultative sales professional with HealthMarkets for 25 years, and it's been a truly rewarding career. The support from the HealthMarkets Agency has been exceptional, allowing me to stay completely objective and provide honest, helpful guidance to clients navigating health insurance and Medicare options. The ability to do meaningful work while earning excellent compensation has made this more than just a job—it's been a fulfilling career with a company that genuinely supports its agents.
Cons
The only con is for someone who may need a ton of "hand-holding", this may not be the best career for that personality type! There is consistent support but we are still each our own "boss".
