      -Excellent communication between departments. -Very mature, no drama employees. -Great work–life balance. -A much slower pace than many corporate environments. Open enrollment is the busiest time of year. -Great benefits and perks. Employees are dedicated to the wellness program and the building has a gym.

      Cons

      North Richland Hills can be a long commute for many people living in DFW.
