      Pros

      Free Parking. Nurse on site that is pretty good.

      Cons

      Constant turnover due to firings and layoffs. Does not have a competitive product to sell. Very poor information system infrustructure. Those in leadership positions have little or no management training. Very few have any college experience. Morale is in the dumps.

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      Cons

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
