Being your own boss! You need to be self motivated to succeed in life, and that's especially true when there's no time-clock to punch into or boss wondering where you're at. This career takes a lot of focus, dedication and a strong work-ethic which is actually a good thing. Otherwise, everyone would be doing it! It's totally worth all the effort though, I promise you that!
