The Marketing team, as well as many other departments within the company, has incredible leadership that really listen to your professional goals and will help you get there. My role was challenging but fun, and because of the guidance from my leaders, I have grown so much. Having effective communicators as managers is invaluable, and I was fortunate to have just that. The are company events throughout the year that give employees the opportunity to meet and socialize with other departments, such as Summer Olympics, a holiday luncheon, ice cream socials, and more.
