      Can make own schedule. People there are really nice. They give you a cool trapper and pen.

      Cons

      Dont fall for the good reviews and look at them closely.. besides any smart agent that is doing well wont come on here. 4 words sums it up. Pie in the sky. Ask them about their cut of percentages and then research what the insurance company will pay u directly.

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
