Who is President this week? - Supervisor HealthMarkets Employee Review

Upper management is horrible and unorganized. No communication! As a salaried employee, you were expected to work 10 hr days, then go home and log on to your pc and continue working. No life/work balance whatsoever! This place is unstable. They have had 6 CEO's and 5 Presidents in the last 6 yrs. Every week we received an email of who the new officers in the co were. very scary!
