      Employees work well together in most cases. Low level to mid level management tries to help employees resolve problems.

      Cons

      Upper management all "yes" men. Policies are constantly changing. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing. Poor growth opportunity for employees. Terrible company regarding communication to employees.

      Tons of resources, easily available feedback from superiors, company offers motivating trips if reach sales goals

      No local office to report to, variable schedule, very busy during open enrollment and must renew licenses yearly
