Pros
The management here is fantastic, I feel extremely comfortable going to my supervisors with any issue that I have, whether it's personal or work-related. There is no sense of micro-management at all, which is hard to find in smaller companies. I am encouraged to use my best judgment and think independently, and as someone in an entry-level position that makes me feel respected, despite my title. Management is interested in what everyone has to say about the company and only makes changes that benefit the company as a whole. They promote from within the company, which creates huge opportunities for people looking to build their career.
Cons
The PTO policy could be better in my opinion. There also aren't any sick days, which works against people who get sick constantly (aka me).
