Pay should be more and benefits better for employees

Unfortunately I did not experience any positive aspects during my time with this company.

The pay was well below industry standards for Customer Success Managers. Leadership was very toxic, which made the environment unpleasant. Management was new to a manager role with little experience, and had no focus on career growth or development. They promoted an individual in a manager role based on favoritism rather than merit, despite that person showing little to no leadership skills.
