This is a six figure position with the ability to earn as much as you want. There is no ceiling at Healthgains. Management will help you succeed and the company culture is extremely positive.

I have worked in various roles and with can say there is no cons at HG

You can learn how to (and how not to) run a business. If you can completely disassociate, you can learn about business. If you interview well, expect to be extremely overpaid, but bank it while it lasts because it probably won't last. For that reason, contract work may be tolerable because you won't have to endure the culture. You'll develop the thickest professional skin if you can stomach this place. If for some reason you want to work here, just say whatever the husband wants to hear and agree with everything the wife says and you have the job.

-Given the sexual nature of the products and services, leaders should have no tolerance for sexual harassment, but it's accepted if you make them money. -It's not a respected place to work because it's either not known or known as a sleazy place. It is not a name you want on your resume. -They are perpetually suing or being sued. -Profits are valued over patient outcomes. -For your first 2-3 months, everything you do is perfect and everything good that happens is because of you. Overnight everything is your fault until there is a new target. We used to discuss "whose turn" it was in the rotation to be blamed and guess who would be next. -It doesn't get more toxic than this place. I honestly have PTSD and have gone to therapy over this place. I look back in awe that I allowed myself to be so mistreated.
