Pros

25 cent vending machine and free lunch once a month on Friday.

Cons

I started off a year ago with 36k base and average 2k month commissions, low for the Seattle average but okay :) Then they took away our book of business that had 5 or more locations after promoting for years to build these personal relationships. Lost income. Then they took away all the inbound calls which were over 50% of our revenue both short and long term. They hired order takers instead. Then they changed our commission structure... 3 times. The minimum quota was increased. Then they went to micro managing requiring an unrealistic amount of outbound calls and didnt count the amount of time we spent on the phone. Then over half the team either quit or got fired, including a highly experienced sales manager who advised against this way of conducting business. Attrition: the action or process of gradually reducing the strength or effectiveness of someone or something through sustained attack or pressure. They're not replacing anyone, just adding low wage order takers.

Pros

Some nice co-workers/peer. Aside from that nothing.

Cons

Senior management is a joke. They need help really bad but they are so behind the times in technology and cheap, they go through temp agencies for help. Instead of paying top dollar they just try and get bodies.
