Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad you’ve experienced the benefits of our remote culture, generous HSA contributions, and the supportive environment we strive to maintain. We know that times of change—especially with new leadership and organizational shifts—can feel challenging. These changes are part of setting HealthEquity up for long-term success and sustainable growth. That doesn’t make the short-term impacts any easier, and we recognize the need for greater transparency, setting clear performance expectations, and protecting the culture that makes this a great place to work. We’re listening and committed to getting better. Thank you for sharing your perspective—it helps guide our path forward.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
