Pros

Work from home, all equipment provided, partial internet reimbursement.

No networking, unhelpful supervisors and managers with very little to no knowledge or interest in actually helping-along with great lack of empathy. very unreasonable expectations, no sick time, more disingenuous people than not. Treated with little to no integrity or appreciation.

Pros

From the very beginning, the experience felt welcoming, thoughtful, and well organized. The recruitment process was smooth and informative, and every interview felt like a genuine opportunity to have real conversations and build meaningful connections. The team was incredibly supportive throughout both hiring and onboarding, which made the transition feel seamless. A great example of the company’s culture is Trailhead, an experience designed to bring new hires together early on and help them connect, learn, and feel part of the organization right away. It’s clear there is a lot of intention behind how employees are supported, especially when it comes to building connection from day one.

Cons

Still early in my time here, but no major cons to note so far.
