In short, the V5 platform should be retention because you are constantly apologizing to disgruntled members for the consistent issues with cards and account accessibility. Shortly after being forced to learn and administer the V5 platform, you are also forced to learn and administer the Commuter platform, again without any other additional compensation. You will be expected to do what you were initially only told when hired that you would be doing, which is the Classic platform and all of those responsibilities plus all the other platforms and administer them without one increase in pay.
