While we are constantly innovating and improving our products to better serve our customers, we realize a chaotic environment is not conducive to retention and therefore offer programs like Change Excellence and Developing Leaders to provide career paths and guidance for employees.
Great overall onboarding and new hire experience. Very well structured internal processes and pleasantly helpful leadership and kind team members! Willingness and proactiveness to get feedback to help with getting better, improving, and refining processes and tools. Great active support to all employees, both tenured and freshies! Thank you HealthEdge! I am really looking forward to working on projects and serving our clients/customers together with the teams here at HealthEdge!

Remote work is the only Pro left
Cons
Zero communication & zero leadership. A lot of talking from higher ups but months after merger everything is far, FAR worse than before.
Culture = gone
Mission = gone
Health care benefits= the bare minimum
Parental leave= reduced
Office= cold, stale, uninviting
Summer fridays = gone
PTO = reduced with new tenure requirements
Bonus= reduced
Layoffs = constant
