For over 16 years, we have worked to become a leader in nurse staffing. Being a recruiter is a challenging job, especially when we are tirelessly doing our best to ensure that we go above and beyond to provide a level of service to our nurses that is second to none.
We do expect our employees to remain ‘hands on’ with their nurses because the nurse/recruiter relationship is so important. The tools that we provide and the centralized nature of our lead generation techniques have been crafted over the years to not only elicit the best possible outcomes, but to also create a more efficient and effective management of the lead generation process. By choosing to centralize lead generation, we have the best opportunity to maintain a repeatable process and limit the amount of duplicate contacts for our nurses. Our proprietary database of over 35,000 nurses plus the social media outlets that we access add to the amount of qualified leads generated.
Over the past 5 years, HealthCare Pros has seen tremendous growth and it is our intention to continue this positive trend by hiring, training and supporting our recruiting team.
