Pros
The job started off decent with a clear structure for handling inbound and outbound calls. Work was relatively easy to understand once you got the hang of it. Some coworkers were helpful and supportive, especially when formal training was lacking.
Cons
Lack of Leads: There were frequent days with little to no leads, making it difficult to hit goals. Outdated Lists: We were often expected to call from outdated outbound lists, leading to repetitive and uncomfortable interactions. Questionable Practices: The methods used to acquire new clients sometimes felt ethically questionable, bordering on harassment. Poor Training: Very little training was provided, and new hires were often left to figure things out on their own. Constant Changes: Management made frequent changes to processes and sales tactics with little explanation, which created confusion and inconsistency.
