      Pros

      This company is a great company. The employees I work with are top notch, and management (and upper management) treat me with respect and dignity.

      Cons

      Cons is that I won't live long enough to work for this company for 100 years. If I could, I would. Really a great company. feel healthy, and I should be able to work for this company many more years.

      -Leadership Turnover: 4 CEOs in 2.5 years -Shrinking Organization: numerous rounds of layoffs during my tenure. Employee count was nearly 400 at time of hiring and was under 200 at time of my departure -No Positive Culture: my time was defined by camaraderie with fellow associates who survived a layoff
