      -Professional development opportunities. -Regular check-ins with your supervisor. -You serve with other AmeriCorps members. -Full-time staff are very friendly. -Good degree of indepedence

      Cons

      -The usual cons of being an AmeriCorps member - low pay. -The office doesn't have windows.

      Pros

      Salary is okay I guess and remote work is flexible

      Cons

      Leadership is very unhelpful; folks at the bottom work the hardest but get paid the least; support is severely lacking; org does not put AmeriCorps members and their interests first like they should!
